Ingredients:

• Jamon — 8 pieces

• Ready to eat avocado Avoxy

• Cream cheese — 1 tbsp. spoon

• Sharon - ½ pc.

• Nuts

• Arugula

• Lemon, salt, black pepper
  

Preparation:

1. Prepare the base. Spread the pieces of ham on a flat surface so that they overlap slightly, forming a continuous layer.

2. Make the avocado cream. Mix Avoxy avocado with cream cheese, add lemon juice, salt, and black pepper — beat until creamy.

3. Assemble the roll. Place the arugula on the ham. Spread the avocado cream evenly on top. Place thin slices of chardonnay and sprinkle with nuts.

4. Wrap and cut. Carefully roll everything into a tight roll. Cut into portioned pieces and place on a plate.
