
Chess salad with avocado, grapefruit and feta
Perfectly ripe Avoxy avocado, bright grapefruit, and tender feta combine in a harmonious play of colors and textures. Light, fresh, and yet visually striking, the chess-like presentation makes this recipe perfect for a festive table or a stylish brunch.

Ingredients:
1 ripe Avoxy avocado
1 large grapefruit
100 g feta cheese
1–2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tsp balsamic sauce or cream
Fresh herbs (thyme, oregano, basil — your choice)
Salt, black pepper — to taste
Preparation and serving:
Cut the ingredients into cubes approximately 1 × 1.5 cm. (The size can be adjusted depending on the desired serving size.)
On a flat plate, arrange the cubes in a checkerboard pattern, alternating colors: green (avocado), pink (grapefruit), white (feta). To prevent the avocado from turning brown, you can sprinkle it with a drop of lemon juice.
Top with olive oil and a few drops of balsamic sauce.
Sprinkle with fresh pepper, salt and herb leaves.
