Avoxy Avocado and Chicken Spring Rolls

Light, juicy, and very bright, these spring rolls are the perfect dish for a quick lunch, snack, or beautiful content for your stories. Fresh Avoxy avocado makes each roll tender and creamy, while vegetables add crunch and color.

Ingredients:

  • Rice paper

  • Chicken fillet

  • Ready to eat avocado Avoxy

  • Carrot

  • Bell pepper

  • Cucumber

  • Iceberg leaves

  • Salt, black pepper

  • Vegetable oil for frying

Sauce:

  • Peanut butter

  • Soy sauce

  • Honey



Preparation:

  1. Prepare the filling. Fry or bake the chicken fillet until golden brown, season with salt and pepper. Cut the carrots, bell pepper, and cucumber into thin strips. Cut the Avoxy avocado into neat slices.

  2. Forming the rolls: Soak a sheet of rice paper in warm water for a few seconds to soften it.

    Place on it: – Avoxy avocado slices, – vegetables, – chicken pieces, – iceberg lettuce.

    Carefully wrap the roll.

  3. Sauce: Mix peanut butter, soy sauce, and honey until smooth.

  4. Serving: Serve spring rolls with sauce — fresh, healthy, and very tasty.
